Harrisburg, PA--Kathy Speaker MacNett, Esq. presented "Wage and Hour Review-Exempt vs. Non-Exempt Issues" at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry's 2008 Annual Human Resources Conference on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at the Hershey Lodge. About 100 human resources professionals attended her session. At the same meeting, the Chamber also marketed Model Policies and Forms for Pennsylvania Employers. Kathy was the primary author of that publication.
