MacNett presents at the 2009 Stimulus Summit, Capitalizing on the Opportunity
HARRISBURG, PA- Kathy Speaker MacNett, Partner, was one of the featured speakers for the Stimulus Summit on March 23, 2009. She followed Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA), the special guest speaker. Kathy summarized the labor ramifications of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("ARRA"), other recent employment laws and pending labor legislation. One of the topics she addressed was the COBRA tax credit against employment taxes for employers, the subject of our next planned E-Alert.
